As a member of (Icebergbeats.net), you are permitted to download beats and use under our general License. Once you have signed up, and verified your account, you will receive immediate access to all free beats, and beats available for purchase.
LEASING RIGHTS
You will recieve a mp3 file of the beat, untagged(free of soundmarks) and raw Wav copy of the file upon request. The file will be available to download digitally instantly upon receipt of payment. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. NOTE: If your looking @ a beat/s listed at exclusive rate and would like to purchase lease at leasing rate, then email Catalyst from Icebergbeats using the contact form and I will make it available to you at leasing rate.
You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased before the exclusive rights have been purchased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale.
The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
You will receive a mp3 file of the beat, untagged (free of soundmarks) and a raw Wav copy of the file sent seperately. The mp3 file will available for digital download instantly. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, mix, but the original composition of the beat(s) should still be intact. More clearly, beat(s) may be reworked if a longer verse or hook may be needed, but should not be chopped up and sampled in smaller pieces to change the beat(s) entirely. Nor do you the purchaser have the right to reselling the beat).
You will receive a contract in the mail or email granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording as a \"work made for hire\". All exclusive beats will come broken down in seperate tracks for professional recording and will be sent seperately from the original downloadThe original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there).

With free beats, you will recieve a mp3 file of the beat untagged (free of soundmarks). The file will available for digital download instantly. Free beats are for non-profit use only. They can be used for free mixtapes, internet promo or performances. If you would like to use a free beat for profit use you will have to purchase it at either the leasing or exclusive, and to do this you will have to first request it at the rate your purchasing it at, and then it will be made available at the rate requested.
